Do you burn the Sanctuary Lights in the plastic casing?
Yes, the sanctuary lights are designed to be burnt as they are. There is no need to remove the candle from the plastic casing. The plastic is heat resistant and flame retardant.
What ingredients do our altar bread contain?
Our Altar Bread is made free of soy, dairy and nuts of any kind. It made with pure wheat flour and water.
Both Gluten Free Wafers and the standard Altar Bread (a wafer product) is baked free of gluten, dairy, egg, peanuts, fish and shellfish. Could contain trace amounts of soy as the flour is manufactured in a facility that processes soy. Could contain trace amounts of tree nuts as the flour is manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts.
When will my order be dispatched?
Although we do our upmost to dispatch orders the same working day, all in stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days maximum. If the goods you order are not in stock, we will follow up the order with an email explaining the delivery timeframe. This is usually between 2-4 weeks, as the goods need to be ordered in from our suppliers.
How do I open an account?
You can register as a new customer at any time on our website. Once an online account is created you can amend billing and delivery details and place an order at any time. If you wish to place an order over the phone or via email, please contact our sales team and we will set up an account for you our end, then provide you with an account number that can be used in the future.
Please note we usually require payment with the first few orders once an account is set up. Once the account has built some activity, we can start to send an invoice with the goods and payment can be made upon receipt of the order.
